A.M.Armeftis CO LTD ‘RIKKOS’ was established in 1974 in Cyprus and today is one of the biggest manufacturers of Tahini, Halva and Sesame processing. The major products of the company are Tahini, Sesame and Cyprus Halawa in 4 different flavours.  

The company was found by the expert Mr. Mathaios Armeftis who was producing traditional Halawa by kneading on hand. He was processing Sesame with salt and producing Tahini using traditional stone mills.

After Mr. Mathaios Armeftis’ death his son Mr. Andreas (Rikkos) Armeftis took over and then in his turn Mr. Andreas’ son, who is also called Mathaios Armeftis took over. Today a big manufacturing company is based in Limassol – Cyprus with the latest European series of machinery for Sesame processing and the production of Tahini and Halva. The industrial unit produces these traditional products in high quality.
